If you haven't walked down Railroad Street in Barrington lately, then you are missing a real treat. Barrington Bites, a cupcake business specializing in mini cupcakes, has opened within the confines of the Chef Shop at 31 Railroad Street. The baking business is the brainchild of avid bakers and friends Sherri Gorelick and Wendy Weinberg.

Barrington Bites currently offers over 40 flavors including pure vanilla, extreme chocolate, black & white, white & black, red velvet, toasted almond, carrot cake, vanilla and chocolate chai, three gingers, maple, pumpkin and gingerbread.
